Morgan & Matt had a super-fun and touching wedding at the Henry Clay (and I’m not just saying that because Photographers always say that; it’s true!). They shared a wonderful First Look outside of the Marketplace Restaurant at Theater Square on South 4th Street. And we continued to shoot some great shots in and around that area, bringing the whole bridal party along at the end. During the ceremony, Morgan read a very beautiful letter to Matt’s daughter Zoè and I think it had everyone in tears. Zoè earned a few touching laughs too! During the reception, Matt played bass guitar with his own band and jammed out to an excited crowd. At one point, Zoè sang a Justin Bieber song and Matt broke in to rap for a bit. Watching the father-daughter performance was really cute and, as a father, I know I was certainly touched. It was pretty awesome stuff! We took time for a few more bride & groom shots around the Henry Clay at the end of the night and got some really great pics! Classic Pixels shot the video coverage and we collaborated on ideas and locations throughout the day and they were a pleasure to work with.
